- Yes, it conforms this genre because it has multiple interviews of different people who are in that event.

- Camera: Slow pan, Crane shots, Random movements, Static shots.
- Sound: Sound effects, Crowd chants, & Commentators
- Mise-en-scene: Messy colours,
- Edit: Commentator sounds behind the empty field,
6. What parts of the opening did you find inspiring?
- That it's including a sport and how it interviews a lot of people from both the fans' side and the host side? (If that's what they call it). Also it amazed me how they managed to capture real footages from the time of the event where the fans were going wild.

- How its straightforward and it pictures the situation very clearly making it easier for audience to understand

Camera: Close ups on the women being interviewed to increase the tension as they are talking about the scene
Mis-en-scene: Rainy weather, dark lighting
Sound: Intense non-diegetic music playing in the background to make the scenes more dramatic
Edit: Shakes and quick cuts to indicate fast action

- How it went from a happy happy situation till it turned upside down where everything is in a way darker side.
4) -HOW TO ROB A BANK- || Netflix

- Crime, Robbery, Escape from the cops, Mystery
2. Who is the target audience?
- Age between 15-40, more to the male audience because it includes guns and robbery (action), however female audience can be targetted as well because it also includes mystery.

- CCTV Footage of the robber in the bank.

- Yes, it conforms this genre.
5. How does it create suspense using the following:
- Camera: Static shots, random movements, and close-ups of the robber, money, and his guns
- Sound: Tense music, voices of the people who are interviewed and the robber.
- Mise-en-scene: Bland colors and Tidy clothing to show that the robber is experienced and rich.
- Edit: Quick cuts, voice of the robber overlaying scenes

- How it is focusing on the robber's ability to escape from the police after robbing dozens of banks and how they uses drawings to describe a scene.
5) -THE RAINCOAT KILLER- || Netflix

- Murder Attempt, Murder, Serial-killer.
2. Who is the target audience?
- Horror movie lovers who are in the age of 18 or above.
3. What typical documentary conventions were used?
- Location, Evidence of crime.
4. Did this opening conform or subvert the conventions for this genre?
- Yes, it conforms this genre.
5. How does it create suspense using the following:
- Camera: Static shots, Pan shots, Close up shots, Medium shots to create suspense
- Sound: Tense music and earry music to make the scene more intense
- Mise-en-scene: Proof of crime such as photos were shown and a dark night setting.
- Edit: Blurring effects to create a hermeneutic code to keep the audience wonder and want to watch the rest of the documentary.

- I like how they managed to keep the killer unknown and mysterious to keep the audience curious.

This research really helped with our project. Without this research, honestly we woulnd't have any Idea on what kind of crime documentary we're going to make. No problem was encountered in the progress of doing this research.
